Standard across the Range Rover and Discovery lineups, the RH front door lock assembly is a complex component engineered for heavy use and extreme weather resistance. It features an internal Double Locking motor that physically disconnects the interior door handle for enhanced theft protection. Many modern Land Rover variants also include Soft-Close technology within this assembly, using a dedicated motor to quietly pull the door into the secondary latch position if it isn’t fully closed.
